- Process templates: Basic (Epic → Issue → Task), Agile (Epic → Feature → User Story → Task, Bug), Scrum (Epic → Feature → Product Backlog Item → Task, Bug, Impediment), CMMI (Requirement, Change Request, Risk). Inherited processes allow custom fields/states.
- Backlogs (prioritised list), Boards (Kanban columns, WIP limits, swimlanes), Sprints (iteration paths, capacity, burndown), Area paths (teams/components), Queries (WIQL), Dashboards, Delivery plans.
- Link commits/PRs to work items with
AB#1234(GitHub) or the work item ID in Azure Repos; PR completion can auto-resolve linked items.
