- Pricing levers: right-size SKUs, autoscale, reserved instances / savings plans (1 or 3 years), spot VMs, serverless/scale-to-zero, dev/test pricing, auto-shutdown of dev VMs, storage tiers and lifecycle rules, delete orphaned resources (disks, public IPs).
- Azure Cost Management budgets and alerts, tags for chargeback, Azure Advisor recommendations, Pricing Calculator and TCO calculator.
