4. Precedence constraints

Arrows between tasks that decide what runs next:

• Success (green), Failure (red), Completion (blue — either way).
• Expression or Expression and Constraint — e.g. run only if @[User::RowCount] > 0.
• Multiple incoming constraints: Logical AND (all must be satisfied — default) or Logical OR (any one).
