5. Sources and destinations

- Sources: OLE DB Source (table, SQL command, SQL command from variable), ADO.NET Source, Flat File Source, Excel Source, XML Source, Raw File Source, ODBC Source, CDC Source.
- Destinations: OLE DB Destination (Table or view – fast load uses bulk insert: set Rows per batch, Maximum insert commit size, Table lock, Check constraints), SQL Server Destination (local server only), Flat File, Excel, Raw File, ADO.NET, ODBC, Recordset Destination (to an object variable).
Prefer a SQL command in sources that selects only needed columns and filters/sorts on the server, rather than "Table or view".
